Return Details
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return any unused items in their original condition. Please note that a £2.50 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the return label cost. For lingerie and swimwear, the hygiene sticker must remain intact to be eligible for a refund.

This is our quickest and easiest option. You can find these 24/7 lockers at various locations like supermarkets and train stations. To use this method:

Package your items (no need to attach anything to the parcel)
Scan the qr code at the locker and place your parcel inside. (Please note, you can only return one parcel per locker. You are able to bundle up two boxes together and placing in a single bag. If there are multiple items then you will have to generate a separate returns code using the same portal).

drop off at your nearest royal mail location and keep your proof of postage (make sure all old labels are covered and drop it off at your nearest royal mail location. keep your proof of postage receipt in case your parcel is lost)
once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 10 working days to your original payment method. you'll receive an email confirmation once this is done.
